Electric department consists of 135 people working in two shift system,
is divided into two sectors: winding and electromechanical assembly.

We have different assembly cells, each cell is specialized for a specific product
(actuators, magnetic bearings, brushless motors, motors with high torque , mechanical assembly,...)

• Cutting sheet metal
  all types of sheet metal such as: AFK502, NO20G12, M310-50A, M530-50A, Fev330-35HA,...
  minimum thickness of cut sheets: 12mm, maximum 194 mm, for larger thickness, and for large series,
  we have qualified suppliers in Europe and Asia, to 800mm thickness
• We are performing the following services: bonding, welding, riveting
• Grinding of inner and outer surface of the sheet metal;
  (we have specific tools developed by our engineers)
• Installation of insulation
• Winding of the coils on machines programmable, wire enameled diameter 0.07 mm to 1.5 mm,
  (all temperature classes, grade 1, 2, 3)
• Vacuum impregnation
• Flooding the electrical inductor's bodies with epoxy resin
• Hooping in liquid nitrogen
• Bonding of the permanent magnets on the rotor and grinding
• Balancing of rotors with an accuracy of 0.2 gmm (unbalance 0.1 um)
• Painting with polyurethane paint
• Laser engraving
• Complete control according customer specifications
